CrossFit is a shorter duration and maximum effort workout, so those who is having less time as well can do these exercises and allow you to finish in time and go happy with lots of strength and sweat, I basically love this part than the happy body ours are actually acting better than a gym-goers or Bodybuilder.
CrossFit is also designed for those who are athletes or to increase the athletic performance of a normal person as well.
CrossFit can be done using any prop like; water bottle if you’re doing the workout at home, Dumbbell if you don’t have access to the barbell or a CrossFit gym, KettleBell if you’ve it at your home, Medicine ball, Barbell, TheraBand, Resistant Band, even with a stick.
CrossFit can be done by those who are reaasonably fit, and without injuries.
CrossFit exercises are a miracle for those who are having Pathologies issues; Diabetes, Thyroid, Low Blood Pressure, High Blood Pressure(you can say Hypertension), High Cholesterol.
