Why this course?
This abs circuit targets different parts of the core muscles, giving you a tighter stomach area as well as a stronger core. With this abs workout, you will be working out in a fast pace, as well as skipping between abdominal exercises - So make sure you have a skipping rope! The first couple times that you use this abs workout video, you may find that you cannot do all of the sets and reps, and that you need a rest period between exercises. That's totally fine to go at your own pace, just keep pushing yourself each time that you do take part in the home workout.
You will be doing 3 different abs exercises that target different areas of your core. In-between each abs exercise you will be skipping on the spot for 50 reps. For best results, do this workout 3 times per week for 4 weeks.
