30 minute HIIT Leg Circuit 

This HiiT Circuit comprises of 5 exercises, burpees, jump lunges, skipping, Donkey kicks and kneeling get ups. So this home workout is best suited to those who have no current illnesses, injuries and are able to do high impact fitness training, such as the HiiT exercises below.

30-minute leg HIIT circuit comprises of the following at-home exercises:


1.    Exercise 1 is burpees, sets of 6, 30 seconds on 30 off (rest). 
2.    Exercise 2 is jump lunges, sets of 3, 60 seconds on, 60 seconds off (rest).
3.    Exercise 3 is skipping (running style), sets of 3, 60 seconds on, 60 seconds off (rest). 
4.    Exercise 4 is donkey kicks, sets of 2, 90 seconds on, 90 seconds off (Rest).
5.    Exercise 5 is Kneeling getups, sets of 3, 60 seconds on, 69 seconds off (Rest).
