NO CRUNCHES!

There‘a a myth that crunches exercise will shrink a large tum. This is incorrect and can actually lead to abdominal hernias 😱 

Tip No. 2

DO PLANKS!

Big tums can cause a separation in your abdominal muscles. Doing planks can help to bring the muscles back together whereas crunches make the separation WORSE!

Tip No. 3 

DO MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS!

This is a great exercise to burn fat, improve cardio fitness and give your tummy muscles a great workout
