Your 4-legged friend is great! By keeping your dog active, you’re keeping yourself active too! Typically (and depending on breed) a dog needs walking 2-4 times per day! That means you ALSO need walking! What a great reason to get outside, get some exercise and fresh air.

In my local neighbourhood (I live next door to a nature reserve and wooded area), I see my neighbours walking their dogs all day long. There’s even a lady in a motorised wheelchair 🧑‍🦼 who takes her 2 dogs on walkies 💜

If you have a dog, you’re very lucky to have a best friend and fitness motivator 🐕 All the walking is great to keep you active and healthy.
